Hour One: Toilets & Tenants – How To Boost Cash Flow Now Selecting the right tenants and dealing with day-to-day maintenance are two of the keys to successful property management. In this module, we examine legal and safe ways to attract and screen applicants, and tools to cut costs while improving responsiveness to resident requests.
Hour Two: Property Tax and Income Tax:  Property Taxes and Income Taxes are used to fund the fabric of our society, but no one should pay more than their fair share. This module examines recent changes to the Georgia property tax laws and suggests ways to structure transactions and income so as to minimize income tax liability while complying with the spirit and letter of the law.
Hour Three: Use Google Tools to Dominate Your Competition ALL UPDATED – The computer and the internet have changed the way we communicate and the way we work.
