First time investors are seeing profits unheard of a few years ago, while seasoned investors cannot keep up with the number of homes going to auction. In the second hour, John will cover the foreclosure process, and how you can profit from it.

In the Third Hour–Fix Up Strategies
One of the keys to being a successful real estate investor is knowing exactly what you need to put into a deal and how much this should cost. Many investors get burned paying too much for repairs and improvements. In the third hour, John will share with you a step-by-step exactly how he does renovations and fix-ups today. He will cover specific examples of houses he is currently renovating, including how much it is costing him, and how much he will profit. If you’re paying more than John Adams, you’re paying too much!
