MAJOR CHANGES IN THE
GAR 2018 CONTRACT SET (Qualifies for 3 hours of GREC Continuing Education Credit)
For 2018, the GAR Purchase and Sale Agreement (Form F20) has undergone many important updates & changes. And unlike previous years, GAR is releasing the 2018 forms on January 1, a full expectation of complete use of the new contract set as of that date. This class will cover these contract changes in detail. CE Hours: 3.0
During this class, we will examine the current 2017 Contract forms, and look carefully at changes which have been made for the 2018 forms set, which will be released on January 1, 2018. Attendees will receive a copy of the 2018 F20 Purchase and Sale Agreement for educational purposes only, and not for use in real estate transactions.

Georgia law recognizes the concept of implied obligation, which is the idea that real estate professionals are competent and knowledgeable about their field, and can’t claim ignorance if something goes wrong. This course will help GAR members and licensees meet their implied obligation, and better serve and protect the public in their role as licensees. Investors & Property Managers also need to know what changes have been made to the GAR docs and why.
Approved by the Georgia Real Estate Commission for 3 hours continuing education.
